Location Data (Checkpoint-Only)

  • Location coordinates captured only when a driver explicitly grants permission during an active verification step (e.g., pickup or delivery confirmation).
  • We do not collect continuous or background location data.

Communications

  • Messages and information you submit through support or inquiry channels.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you access the Service, we may automatically collect limited technical information, including:

  • Device and browser type
  • Operating system
  • IP address
  • Date and time of access
  • Interaction logs related to verification workflows

We may receive information from freight brokers, shippers, or carriers who initiate verification requests for loads associated with you. This information is used solely to perform the requested verification.

  • Location Proximity Verification: To confirm driver proximity to pickup or delivery locations during verification checkpoints.
  • Transactional Communications: To send service-related messages such as verification links, one-time passcodes (OTPs), and status notifications.
  • Evidence and Audit Records: To store verification evidence for dispute resolution, claims support, and compliance documentation.
  • Service Improvement: To analyze usage trends and improve platform functionality.
  • Security and Fraud Prevention: To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity.
  • Legal and Regulatory Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful requests.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

  • With Verification Requesters: Verification results and submitted evidence are shared with the freight broker, shipper, or carrier that initiated the verification request.

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
